Outputs are estimates under the published methodology. They are not lender quotes, offers of credit, guarantees, or personalized advice. Content and sources may change; we do not promise continuous availability or that information covers every circumstance.
External services and the app
External links are provided as resources. The linked service controls its own content and terms. Downloads, purchases, and subscriptions for the iPhone app are managed separately through Apple and are subject to the applicable app terms, including Apple’s standard app license agreement.
Fair use and corrections
Please do not interfere with the website or misrepresent a calculator output as a guaranteed result. You may link to the tools and share the date card you generate. When citing an example, preserve its assumptions and identify the source page.
